I have done a lot of work for IKEA in Stockholm, both as a consultant and employee. As a graphic designer I have created communication for various types of platforms, both digital and printed.
Campaigns, motion graphics for screens, customer guidance, signage, social media posts, how-to-buy communication, scenography for interior designers and much more. Here is a selection of different works for IKEA.
IKEA Barkarby 30 years campaign
IKEA Barkarby celebrated 30 years anniversary and needed visual material to communicate this to both customers and employees.
For this campaign, I started from a pattern on a sofa that I found in the IKEA catalog from the same year it opened in 1993. Based on that, I created my own interpretation of the pattern that was used as the starting point for all visual material in the campaign.
The result was a confetti-like colorful expression with strong nostalgic connections to the 90s. I created material for screens, social media, signs, pins and more.
